I started off juicing 10# asian pears and adding juice to some fresh pressed grape skins.
I added a 1/4 banana a 1/4 papaya, 1 lemon squeezed and some sugar water to bring SG up to 1.100
whipped it up and put in prise de mousse yeast.
racked to secondary on 9/7/09

racked to secondary
9/5/10-
racked and degassed.
