it is the same method as Blueberry Rosso Vinaccia and Strawberry Meritage.
I started with aprox 10# red wine pumace and 5 pounds of blackberries.
4 gallons of water and sugar to SG. 1.065
4/18/11 -sg. .999
racked to 4/1 gallon bottles and cold stabilized in refrigerator
