- 1 banana
- 1 lemon squeezed
- pressings from syrah/cherry wine (includes an apple)
- pectic enzymes
- 4# +- sugar
- water to 2 gallons
- yeast slurry from cherry/syrah wine
- tsp yeast food
- tsp yeast energizer
- 1 cup tea
Sg: 1.10

candy cane ’10 was bottled just before Christmas-
it really goes well with brownies!
I have enough bottle left for next year.
