- 1 gallon of eggnog
- 30 caplets of lactaid (ground up)
- 1 cup tea
- 1 orange-squeezed and zested
- 1/2 banana
- 4# honey
- 3 qts. water
- yeast slurry from spiced apple wine
SG.- 1.60 (however it takes the lactaid 24 hours to convert the sugars over from the dairy)
