- Yeast slurry from MojoII
- 1 banana
- 2 apples
- 2 bottles lime juice (30. oz.)
- 7 cinnamon sticks
- 7 pounds brown sugar
- 1 Tbl. Yeast food
- 1 Tbl. yeast nutrient
- 1 habanero pepper-split in half
cooking the brown sugar and lime juice together to convert sugars
after adding yeast slurry
2/6/11- racked to secondary.
Sg. at .995 – the wine was a little pale- so I mixed up 1/2 cup molasses with 2 cups sugar and added in during racking giving more dark color as well as upping the alcohol content.
