Mojo 2012- is my third time making this recipe. I will be using Agave nectar to give it a Margarita style flavor.

- Lees from Chardonnay
- 2 bunches mint
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 30 oz. lemon juice
- 60 oz. lime juice
- water to 5 gallon mark
- 72 oz. agave nectar
- 4# sugar
- 1 cup tea
- Yeast nutrient- 1.oz.
- Yeast energizer- 1oz.
- pectic enzymes- 1 oz.
starting SG- 1.070
3/3/12 racked to secondary, topped with margarita mix, sorbate and campden added as well as sodium bicarbonate to lower acid.

That sounds absolutely delicious. I would love to give it a try some time and see just what agave nectar is all about.
