SANGRIA ’07
· 4 sweet oranges
· 2 lemons
· 2 limes
· 1 pt fresh strawberries
· 1½ pt fresh blackberries
· 2 bananas
· 1 fresh pineapple
· 20 pounds of grapes (concorde)
· 1 cup raspberry juice
· 2 lbs sugar( +-) w/ 1 qt. water (bringing the sg to 1.10)
· 1 gal. unfiltered apple juice
· 1 red jalapeno
· 4 crushed Campden tablets
Must is at 4 gallons pt.

Day two- 9/13/07
2 tsp pectic enzyme
· 1 tsp tannin
· 2 tsp yeast nutrient
· 1 pkt Champagne wine yeast
· Added 1 stick of cinnamon
9-18-07- strained and put in carboy-3 gal +1/2 gal reserve
10-1-07 racked and added back up wine-house red to top up
Active fermentation still going.
