I took 80# Tempranillo grapes and 40# Petite Sirah and crushed them together.
first time using a crusher/destemmer.
Approximately 12 gallons -
the harvest moon!
first brix reading 24* (SG: 1.10)
added a gallon of water, yeast food, yeast nutrient and “house” yeast slurry.
Sg: 1.80 Brix: 21*
