If  a wine tastes good, it tastes better when you taste it with the winemaker. There is a connection and the next time you open that bottle you can think or say, “When I was tasting this with Neil…”

  1. That all depends on whether the wine maker likes his or her own wine. I can think of some particularly dodgy ones I have made. Potato springs to mind. As does Pumpkin. I wonder whether I shall regret starting my Celery Wine.
