Grog II

  • Yeast slurry from MojoII
  • 1 banana
  • 2 apples
  • 2 bottles lime juice (30. oz.)
  • 7 cinnamon sticks
  • 7 pounds brown sugar
  • 1 Tbl. Yeast food
  • 1 Tbl. yeast nutrient
  • 1 habanero pepper-split in half

2/6/11- racked to secondary.

Sg. at .995 – the wine was a little pale- so I mixed up 1/2 cup molasses with 2 cups sugar and added in during racking giving more dark color as well as upping the alcohol content.
