Hot Pepper Peach


This recipe is the fifth in the summer wine series.

the mother wine is Mojo, which then rolled into Pine~sol, then Cantaloupe, skeeter Pee (lemon) and now

Peach, mango, Lime and Sandia Chilies.


  • lees from a previous wine
  • 1 apple
  • 2 lemons- sliced
  • 1 qt. limeade
  • 10 peaches-
  • 1 qt mango nectar
  • 2# sugar
  • 1 gallon water
  • 3 sandia chilies (2 red- 1 green)
  • * topped with chardonnay  9-5-10

I am looking for a light, fruity wine with some chilies flavor.

I picture this, sipping this wine, on a porch swing as the sun sets in New Mexico
