Pear Cyser

  1. 20 pounds Black Corinth grapes, washed, de-stemmed and crushed- about 2.5 gallons of must.
  2. campden- 4 tablets.
  3. 1 pound frozen pineapple
  4. about 20 pounds of pears, juiced
  5. a gallon water (+-) to 5 gallon mark
  6. 5 pounds of honey
  7. 1 tsp yeast food
  8. 1 tsp yeast nutrient
  9. 2 tsp. pectic enzymes
  10. Yeast- Ec118
