Vanilla Mead

Most of my wines have many ingredients, making the wine very complex-

As a challenge, I started this mead in attempt to keep it simple.

the recipe:

  • 2# honey per gallon of water,
  • mead yeast
  • whole vanilla bean cut open

I have no other notes, nor a date it was started.
